Job Description:

We are looking for a new Specialist, Experience to join us.

The Specialist, Experience will collaborate with the Regional GS (Global Services) Procurement Experience organization to deliver results in support of Global Services, One Procurement, and Johnson & Johnson's business strategy and objectives. The role partners directly with the business, GS Procurement, and the broader procurement function to ensure a seamless experience for the requester/business partner when engaging with the procurement process.

The Specialist, Experience, as an established and productive individual contributor, will:

• work under moderate supervision,
• help implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall Experience strategy
• apply practical knowledge of the Experience field to administer best-in-class policies, procedures, and plans for the area.

• Conducts the day-to-day operations of the Experience function. Delivering based upon the agreed SLAs and ensuring policy, tax, local and legal statutory compliance.
• Collaborates with multiple departments in the development and execution of strategies and plans that improve the organization's overall performance, utilizing market intelligence, risk assessments, and best practices.
• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
• Drives continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned areas of responsibility.
• Supports development and implementation of automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within assigned area of responsibility.
• Creates Value by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key business partners and peers with a view to pro-actively understand and constructively influence their needs and expectations.
• Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
• Independently plans, schedules, and executes day-to-day work and objectives with minimal supervision, adhering to established policies, guidelines, and procedures. Strives for expected results in all tasks.
• Spots accuracy in training materials and documentation.
• Competency in managing small projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

• 2-4 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience
• Collaboration, Communication & Influencing Skills: Should be regarded as a constructive team member representing procurement in various internal and external groups. Must possess the communication skills to articulate objectives and develop collaborative relationships to achieve them.
• Advanced Presentation skills
• Fluency in English (written and oral) is required.
• Learning Agility & Openness to Change
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent University degree is required.

• Good understanding of Sourcing and Contracting processes and Source-to-settle operations at a high level is preferred.
• Experience in one or more Procurement Functional domains: Sourcing, Category management, R2P or Accounts Payable
• Shared Services Industry experience is preferred.
• Fluency in German (written and oral) for the supported region is preferred.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
