About the Role
We are seeking an experienced technical Product Owner to drive the strategic use & adoption of Adobe Workfront . This role is pivotal in enabling a modern content supply chain that supports complex B2B marketing, partner enablement, and product launch initiatives at a global scale. You will collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, and IT to streamline content operations, ensuring the right content reaches the right audience at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
Product Backlog Ownership: Define, refine, and prioritize user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria to optimize Adobe Workfront for enterprise-wide marketing operations.Content Supply Chain Strategy: Enhance the end-to-end content lifecycle—from planning and creation through compliance, localization, and multichannel distribution—aligned to technology product releases.Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with global marketing, product management, and engineering teams to translate strategic goals into actionable requirements and measurable outcomes.Roadmap & Delivery: Build and maintain a clear product roadmap that supports quarterly release cycles and evolving enterprise technology needs.Data-Driven Insights: Use Adobe Workfront analytics and integrations to identify inefficiencies and inform continuous improvement initiatives.Change Management: Lead adoption and training across distributed teams, ensuring high utilization and ROI for Workfront investments.Qualifications
Experience: 2–3 years as a Product Owner (or equivalent role) managing Adobe Workfront in a large, complex enterprise—preferably within enterprise technology or SaaS marketing operations.Solid understanding of modern content supply chain principles, including global content creation, governance, and omnichannel distribution.Proven ability to collaborate across marketing, IT, and engineering functions to deliver scalable solutions.Agile/Scrum expertise; comfortable with Jira and other agile toolsets.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Creative Cloud, and integrations with CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo).Understanding of API integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise data governance.Agile Product Owner or Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO/PSPO) a strong plus.
