Senior/Principal Product Designer

We're looking for a highly experienced Senior/Principal Product Designer. This role is for someone with strong expertise who can take ownership of complex challenges and help shape user experiences at scale.

You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Researchers, Developers, and other teammates across 9 countries to bring ideas to life — making sure our products not only meet business goals, but truly click with our users.

• Can balance user needs with business goals, always thinking in terms of the whole product;
• Bring a product mindset. You see design as a way to drive impact and outcomes, not just to make things look good;
• Validate ideas quickly and pragmatically, knowing that real confidence comes from testing, not from long debates;
• Don't fall in love with the first solution, you iterate and search for better ones;
• Are eager to keep learning, exploring new approaches, and growing your craft;
• Have broad experience — either already at a Principal level, or with a strong aspiration to grow into it. In Principal role, you would act as a strategic design authority, setting vision and standards, leading complex initiatives, mentoring other designers, and driving user-centered solutions that align with business goal.

What you will do:

• Work in empowered teams with PMs, Researchers and Devs in your dedicated gang focused on merchants, handling projects such as bidding, PPC, Verified by customers, credit management, pairing and other important products we have in Heureka for our B2B partners;
• Your designs will enhance the user experience for our B2B clients while aligning with our business goals;
• Work closely not only with your team on team/gang/company goals, but also cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and successful outcomes;
• You will be responsible for making a proper discovery to find the right insights, problems and based on that creating the best possible solutions;
• You will prepare design assets in Figma based on usability and value testing and using UI libraries;
• You will challenge and support your team and stakeholders to set the right goals and contribute to the achievement of the goals;
• You will also be part of the Product Design team, which is operated in 4 cities, 2 countries;
• If you are operating at Principal level, you will additionally define design vision and standards for your domain, lead complex initiatives, mentor other designers, and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic alignment across teams;
• You will proactively identify opportunities to advance design methodologies, influence product strategy, and represent design at a strategic level within your domain;
• Experiment with AI tools to be more effective in your work.

What makes you the perfect candidate?

First of all, you are always willing to learn and grow with us. If this describes you and you also tick some boxes of the following, we are looking for you

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer;
• You have experience with prototyping and designing using UI libraries;
• You are proficient in Figma;
• You have a good understanding of data & business;
• Speak at least B2 level English (we are an international team and English is our primary language);
• Great communication and cooperation skills;
• as a person you possess the following soft skills:
• Easygoing and fun to work with, you keep the vibe light, collaborate smoothly, and bring positive energy to the team.
• Friendly personality, approachable, open-minded, and a pleasure to work with
• Product thinker, you naturally consider business impact, user needs, and strategic outcomes in everything you design.

• Experience with user interviews, quantitative testing & continuous discovery;
• E-commerce experience;
