Your mission

• Solve real problems. Get close to customers and the data. Frame jobs-to-be-done, run discovery, and validate fast with prototypes and experiments.
• Think globally. Shape experiences that work beautifully for data professionals from Sydney to Cape Town to San Francisco, from technical experts to business users.
• Design universally. Nail down Information architecture, interaction patterns, microcopy—the whole experience, not just the happy path.
• Use GenAI on both fronts. Leverage it to speed research synthesis, idea exploration, and prototyping—and design sensible AI moments in-product (assist, natural language entry, recommendations).
• Prototype and prove. Build clickable or coded prototypes to de-risk complexity. Define success metrics, run tests, and iterate based on signal, not vibes.
• Connect the dots. Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and researchers to ensure design decisions make sense for users, the product ecosystem, and our business goals.
• Raise the bar. Improve how we work—crisper specs, better patterns, more accessible defaults—and guide peers when it helps the work. Bring clarity when requirements are messy.

You'll join our Product Experience team of around 15 product and content designers, reporting to the leader of our design organization. Your second home will be your cross-functional product team—work tightly with your product manager and engineers to scope, sequence, land, and improve after release. About you

• You've shipped complex B2B SaaS and handle enterprise constraints without letting them bulldoze the experience.
• You work end to end: discovery, concepts, information architecture, interaction design, and pragmatic delivery.
• You're fluent in Figma, GenAI, or lightweight code, test early, and treat AI as a tool with measurable impact.
• You thrive cross‑functionally, pull others in, and communicate clearly with documents, diagrams, and narratives tailored to PMs, engineers, and executives, turning complex requirements into elegant solutions.
• You own outcomes – you balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business value, and make clear calls when trade‑offs and ambiguity are real.
• Bonus: experience with data products, AI‑driven use cases, or data visualization.
