Jako AI Implementation Specialist budeš mostem mezi možnostmi AI technologií a každodenní praxí našich kolegů. Tvým úkolem bude zajistit, aby AI vedla k hmatatelným výsledkům, a stala se skutečným nástrojem pro efektivnější a kvalitnější práci.

Co u nás budeš dělat?
  • Radit kolegům, jak AI využít pro jejich konkrétní úkoly.
  • Školit tým a vytvářet návody na efektivní práci s AI nástroji.
  • Sledovat nové trendy a testovat AI novinky relevantní pro agenturní práci.
  • Motivovat lidi k tomu, aby AI skutečně používali (ne jen o ní mluvili).
  • Identifikovat procesy, kde AI ušetří čas a zlepší výsledky.
  • Rozvíjet potenciál datové analýzy a hledat příležitosti pro automatizaci procesů.
  • Měřit, jak efektivně tým AI využívá, a navrhovat zlepšení.
Co bude tvou prací?

Tvou náplní bude zajistit, aby AI nebyla jen zajímavá hračka, ale skutečný nástroj pro lepší výsledky. Budeš mít prostor vyzkoušet nové nástroje, experimentovat a pak učit ostatní, co skutečně funguje. Nejsi IT support — jsi člověk, který rozumí AI a ví, jak ji dostat do praxe. Budeš chodit mezi týmy, řešit konkrétní projekty a ukazovat, jak AI ušetří čas nebo zlepší kvalitu. A když někdo řekne "to přes AI nejde", tvým úkolem bude ukázat, že možná přece jen jo.
