Business Performance Controller

In this cross-functional role, you will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Realisation, Finance and Support teams to drive strategic decisions, improve profitability and enhance reporting tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments and proposing measures to improve profitability and efficiency

Conducting margin, cost and return-on-investment analyses for products, customers and projects

Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports, including variance analyses and executive summaries

Coordinating forecasts, budgets and business plans with individual business lines

Developing and enhancing reporting tools and data visualisation systems (e.g., Power BI, ERP)

Supporting strategic decision-making through benchmarking and trend analysis

Monitoring and evaluating marketing campaigns effectiveness and sales pipeline performance

Owning and regularly updating the sales forecast, escalating issues and coordinating with Sales leadership

Collaborating with Financial Controlling, Realization, Procurement teams on cost control, project cash flow and financial consolidation

- Driving continuous improvement in controlling methodologies, reporting accuracy and internal processes

Qualifications and Experience

At least 3 years of experience in business performance controlling, financial controlling, audit, business analysis or a similar role

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

Strong analytical thinking and high numerical literacy

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Practical experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting

Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation

Confident communicator with a collaborative and proactive mindset

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and drive initiatives forward
