Do našeho týmu hledáme Digital Transformation Senior Consultant(a), který už má za sebou zkušenosti z transformačních projektů a chce posouvat firmy směrem k modernímu a efektivnímu fungování.

  • Máš alespoň 3 roky zkušeností z transformačních projektů (organizační změny, zavádění nových technologií, digitální transformace)
  • Máš zkušenost s projektovým řízením nebo koordinací projektových streamů – znalost základních metodik (např. PMI, PRINCE2, agilní frameworky)
  • Rozumíš jazyku na rozhraní IT a businessu a dokážeš tato prostředí efektivně propojovat
  • Pojmy jako CRM, ERP, data lake nebo cloud ti nejsou cizí
  • Máš zkušenosti s vedením menších týmů nebo pracovních skupin
  • Dokážeš profesionálně vystupovat před různými typy stakeholderů a efektivně komunikovat
  • Analytické a konceptuální myšlení, schopnost rychle se zorientovat v nových tématech a vidět věci v širších souvislostech
  • Zkušenost z prostředí mezinárodních projektů nebo spolupráce napříč zeměmi je velkou výhodou
  • Ovládáš češtinu nebo slovenštinu a angličtinu na pracovní úrovni

Vaše budoucí role

  • Zapojení do transformačních projektů u klientů – organizační změny, zavádění nových technologií a procesů
  • Mapování a analýza business procesů a kapabilit, identifikace možností optimalizace a zlepšení
  • Návrh a implementace Target Operating Modelů a procesních rámců
  • Facilitace workshopů a diskusí s klienty a interními týmy
  • Koordinace projektových aktivit, plánování zdrojů a sledování průběhu projektů
  • Vedení menších týmů či pracovních streamů a odpovědnost za jejich výsledky
  • Podpora klientů při change managementu a edukaci stakeholderů
  • Příprava reportů, prezentací a doporučení pro management
  • Práce v mezinárodním prostředí – komunikace a spolupráce s interními a externími kolegy, partnery a klentmi z více zemí,
    Zapojení do různých fází projektů – od analýzy přes návrh řešení až po implementaci
