Overview In this role, you will work as a strategic consultant focusing on CRM and MarTech areas. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, design tailored strategies, and provide expert guidance throughout project lifecycles. Your primary focus will be on pre-sales activities (60%) while also supporting project delivery (40%). You will act as a subject matter expert in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and contribute to our MarTech practice development. Pre-sales activities (60%) Respond to sales leads and engage with potential clients to understand their CRM and MarTech needs. activities and client presentations, showcasing our CRM/MarTech capabilities. Develop proposals, solution architectures, and business cases aligned with client KPIs and objectives. Act as a subject matter expert during sales conversations, translating technical capabilities into business value. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and qualify leads. Client Strategy And Consulting Design and propose MarTech and CRM strategies tailored to client business objectives. Develop high-level solution architectures incorporating CRM platforms, marketing automation, and customer data management. Prepare project documentation including functional and non-functional requirements for delivery teams. Provide strategic recommendations on technology stack, platform selection, and integration approaches. Project Consulting And Delivery Support (40%) Act as a MarTech consultant across all project phases: discovery, implementation, and optimization. Provide strategic guidance and advisory during project delivery. Participate in audits, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to emerging challenges. Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivered solutions. Knowledge Sharing And Market Presence (Nice To Have) Stay up to date with MarTech and CRM industry trends. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices. Support external representation activities such as conference presentations, articles, and case studies when appropriate. Qualifications Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) - implementation, configuration, and strategic consulting. Working knowledge of additional CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and high-level understanding of CDP platforms (e.g., Segment, Tealium, Adobe Real-Time CDP). Strong background in sales and pre-sales activities - lead qualification, pitching, proposal development, and solution architecture design. Proven experience in MarTech consulting across project lifecycle (discovery, implementation advisory, optimization). Ability to develop client-facing strategies and architectures that align marketing technology with business objectives and KPIs. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Czech and English, with ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - identifying client challenges, proposing solutions, and driving successful outcomes. Understanding of MarTech ecosystem and industry trends - marketing automation, customer data platforms, personalization, and digital transformation.
