Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen, deutschsprachigen Projektleiter.

Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Erfolgreiche Durchführung von IT Projekten in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Abstimmen von Anforderungen zwischen mehreren Ländern
  • Entdecken und Auflösen von Risiken, bevor sie eine Auswirkung auf erfolgreichen Projektabschluss haben
  • können
  • Etablieren einer effektiven Lenkungsform, die auch das spezifische Umfeld der Telekommunikationsbranche berücksichtigt.
  • Positive Beeinflussung der Projektmanagementkultur innerhalb und außerhalb des Projektmanagementbereichs

Ihre Fähigkeiten:

  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, schriftlich und mündlich. Deutsch als Muttersprache ist vom Vorteil
  • Gute English, schriftlich und mündlich
  • Universitärer Abschluss, vorzugsweise in Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder Mathematik usw
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Technik
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in komplexen Projekten
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im multikulturellen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Soft Skills
  • Starkes Geschäftsbewusstsein
  • PMI, IPMA, Prince2, Agile Zertifizierungen vom Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Teams und deren Einbettung in die Gesamtprojektorganisation
  • Konzeptuelles Denken
  • Stark im Stakeholder Management
  • Führungsfähigkeiten
  • Ausdauer.
