We're Livesport – a global sports media and technology company reaching over 120 million passionate sports fans every month. We deliver real-time scores, stats, and news that fans love, while connecting them with the world's leading sportsbetting operators.

Our affiliate partnerships are a cornerstone of our business, and we're looking for someone who can take ownership of this revenue stream and scale it to new heights.

Your Mission

You'll be our go-to expert for everything affiliate-related. Your job? Drive growth, optimize performance, and make our affiliate partnerships the most profitable and strategic in the industry. You'll build this expertise across our commercial team and ensure we're always ahead of the curve.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Shape our affiliate strategy: Take charge of the affiliate channel. Audit our portfolio, identify what works and what doesn't, discover new opportunities, and confidently forecast revenue.
  • Optimize Partnerships: Analyze performance data across all revenue share deals (including FTD value, conversion rates, and LTV). Benchmark against industry standards and support partner negotiations to enhance profitability.
  • Work with Regional KAMs: Identify upsell opportunities, build business cases to add revenue share to fixed contracts, and implement hybrid models.
  • Source New Partners: Identify and onboard sports betting operators. Negotiate all aspects of revenue share, CPA, or hybrid deals.
  • Become the Team Expert: Collaborate with our Business Intelligence team (e.g., Tableau) to track trends and analyze data. Support Sales with benchmarks, insights, and hands-on assistance in complex negotiations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3-5+ years in commercial partnerships, affiliate management, or similar roles in the sports betting industry.
  • A deep understanding of affiliate models: revenue share, CPA, and hybrid structures.
  • Strong analytical skills – you love digging into data to find insights and build compelling cases.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to build relationships.
  • A proactive problem-solver who spots opportunities before they become obvious
  • Fluent English (this is a global role)

Nice-to-haves:

  • Contacts within global sportsbetting operators.
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • A background working in remote-first, global teams.
