International Project Manager- AI Lab Rollout

The AI Lab is an innovation program designed to accelerate the adoption and development of artificial intelligence within NN. It provides a collaborative environment for employees to learn about AI, experiment with new technologies, and work on real business challenges. The program includes hands-on workshops, expert mentoring, and practical projects, helping teams build AI skills and deliver impactful solutions that support NN's strategic goals.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead the international rollout of the AI Lab program. Following its launch in the Czech Republic, the program will be implemented in all NN International countries over the next 18 months. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the rollout, ensuring smooth execution, and driving collaboration across multiple international teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end rollout of the AI Lab program across all NN International countries, managing logistics, timelines, and resources in close collaboration with local teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and ensuring milestones are met.
  • Facilitate effective communication between local and central teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Support the development and adaptation of the AI Lab program to meet local needs while maintaining overall program integrity.
  • Share blueprints and guides to ensure consistent implementation across countries.
  • Organize and lead regular project meetings and status updates.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving issues to keep the project on track.
  • Ensure consistent documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive a hands-on approach to problem-solving and implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Champion best practices in project management and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in an international or multi-country context.
  • Strong organizational and logistical skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience with development programs or innovation initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Hands-on approach, with a proactive attitude and the ability to drive results.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge in the field of data or artificial intelligence (AI) is an advantage.
