They offer a full-stack solution that includes provider networks, telemedicine software, and compliance tools, enabling the seamless delivery of remote healthcare. The company is in hyper-growth mode having 7x in size over 2024, already serve over 3 million patients across the US and continue to grow exponentially. RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Senior IT Analyst/Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical development of the product.Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements for the product, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.System Design & Architecture: Design and propose scalable system architectures, data models, and technical workflowsTechnical Feasibility: Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed features, identifying potential risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.Process Optimization: Analyze and improve technical processes, ensuring efficient integration of APIs, third-party services, and cloud-based infrastructure.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure seamless translation of requirements into development-ready specifications and to support implementation throughout the product lifecycle.Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to assess system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend enhancements to improve product reliability and user experience.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system diagrams, API specifications, and user flows, to support development and stakeholder communication.Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project progress, manage tasks, and provide regular status reports to leadership.Stakeholder Communication: Act as a technical liaison between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring clear communication of complex technical concepts.SKILLS & REQUIREMENTSTechnical Expertise: 5+ years of experience as an IT Analyst with a strong understanding of cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and microservices.Project Management Skills: Ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverablesAnalytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.Collaboration Champion: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, developers, and designersCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersDetail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on creating precise documentation and ensuring technical accuracy in all deliverables.SaaS Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS product lifecycles, including experience with agile methodologies, user story creation, and iterative development processes.Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Miro or equivalent for requirements management, system design, and API testing.Security: Familiarity with security best practices (HIPAA knowledge desirable but not essential)Telehealth experience: Healthcare experience is preferred but not essentialBENEFITSFlexible working hoursHybrid working environment26 days off + 1 additional day for every year working with OAK'S LAB (capped at 30 days)Top-of-the-line MacBook and hardware budgetBudget to spend on your growth (books, courses, conferences)Free English lessonsOpportunity for a bonus gained from investments in our startup partnersTeam bonding, happy hours, online games, annual offsite tripsOutside of work activity clubs (yoga, traveling, football, tennis, etc.)Snacks and drinks in the office, weekly pizza, monthly breakfastLandmark office right on Old Town Square (dog-friendly)Important Notice: OAK'S LAB communication, including interview requests and job offers, are only sent from an "" or "@oaks-" email addresses (e.g., or -).
