Main responsibilities:

  • Participate in communications with partners and clients, when needed

  • Understand the release processes in the company

  • Participate in requirements analysis, development, unit testing and documentation

  • Write quality code to fit customer needs and configurations

  • Troubleshoot and debugs (with some guidance from senior team members)

  • Provide mentoring to junior Software Engineers

  • Deliver trainings and participate in knowledge sharing

  • Achieve a better understanding of the company platform and processes and suggest improvements

As a team member of this fantastic team, you will be reporting to the CRM & Loyalty Director.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM development (Microsoft Dynamics / PowerApps), with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role;

  • Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (formerly Dynamics CRM) is required, and it is a plus but not mandatory;

  • Proven experience in solution architecture and project leadership is a plus, but not mandatory;

  • Background in the Backend with SSIS and C#;

  • Frontend knowledge, as ASP.NET and JavaScript;

  • Top-notch programming skills, ability to produce quality code that is maintainable, efficient, reliable and secure;

  • Familiar with Git, Agile methodologies and XRM;

  • English is mandatory (From B2 level).
