We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Web Optimization Specialist who will focus on three key areas: SEO, web mastering, and email marketing. You will make sure our website is well-optimized, technically sound, and visible in search engines, while also driving engagement through targeted email campaigns. This is a role for someone who combines technical precision, analytical mindset, and creative communication skills.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Implement and optimize on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor search engine rankings and propose improvements.

Web Mastering

  • Maintain and update company websites (CMS platforms – WordPress, Drupal, Joomla).
  • Use basic HTML & CSS for small adjustments and content optimization.
  • Ensure usability, performance, and content accuracy across web pages.

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Plan, create, and send targeted mailing campaigns.
  • Segment audiences and track performance (open/click-through rates).

Work with platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track SEO performance and email campaign effectiveness (Google Analytics, GA4).
  • Create simple reports and dashboards.
  • Recommend improvements based on data.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO, website management, or email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS (WordPress or similar).
  • Basic HTML & CSS skills.
  • Familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actions.
