Společnost AmRest, která provozuje síť restaurací KFC, Burger King, Pizza Hut a kaváren Starbucks, hledá do týmu nového kolegu na pozici DEVELOPMENT COST MANAGER, který bude podporovat AmRest při výstavbě nových provozoven.

Jaká bude náplň práce?

  • Příprava modelových investic a konkrétních rozpočtů pro schvalování nových restaurací a kaváren v ČR a SR
  • Optimalizace a Value Engineering stavebních investic a investic týkajících se vybavení restaurací/kaváren
  • Vyhodnocování poptávkových řízení generálního dodavatele stavebních prací, dodavatele VZT, porovnávání a analyzování stavebních rozpočtů pro nové/renovované provozovny
  • Analýza a kontrola ostatních investičních nabídek a dodávek pro nové/renovované restaurace/kavárny
  • Příprava a kontrola celkových rozpočtů pro realizační fázi výstavby, schvalování objednávek, příprava a kontrola finálních rozpočtů při uzavírání projektů

  • Vysokoškolské vzdělání technického směru
  • Pracovní zkušenosti na podobné pozici výhodou
  • Znalost MS office (Excel)
  • Zkušenosti s prací s projektovou dokumentací / čtení technických výkresů
  • Angličtinu na komunikativní úrovni
  • Samostatnost a komunikační dovednosti – jednání s interními týmy a dodavateli, vznášení dotazů a hledání řešení
    Chuť, nadšení a zájem se učit nové věci a rozvíjet se
