We're looking for an enthusiastic Channel Specialist to join our Culinary Team in Prague. In this role, you'll help bring the Maggi vision to life through impactful activities across retail channels in the Czech market.

What you'll do:

  • Plan and manage shopper activities for assigned customers (promotions, pre-filled displays, visual merchandising, shopper gifts, etc.)
  • Manage allocated budgets for these activities
  • Monitor category and customer trends
  • Contribute to annual planning, identifying key opportunities and actionable steps
  • Evaluate activities, recommend improvements and new opportunities
  • Track competitive activities and best practices, applying insights to our plans
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams, and brief agencies and suppliers

What we expect from you:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or trade marketing (minimum 1 year)
  • Ability to work with data (Power BI, Excel)
  • Strong communication skills and quick responsiveness
  • Independence, curiosity and a growth mindset
  • A genuine passion for cooking and food
  • Fluent Czech/Slovak and English language
