Performance Marketing Specialist

We're growing fast and looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can help us scale globally. You'll manage multi-platform ad campaigns, test performance, and drive growth for one of the most innovative products in the crypto industry.

If you have experience managing multiple ad accounts and budgets of $50,000+ per month, and you thrive in a high-growth, data-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Set up ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, X (Twitter), and other platforms – you'll play a key role in creating high-performing ad campaigns.
• Support campaign setup and management – help us run and optimize daily advertising activities.
• Analyze and report results – turn data into insights that improve performance.
• Test and optimize campaign performance.
• Propose improvements and innovations.
• Drive traffic from additional platforms and channels.
• Focus on crypto marketing and growth – build, manage, and scale paid campaigns across major social and ad networks.
• Grow social media channels with paid campaigns – identify best-performing creatives and scale engagement.
• Explore new growth opportunities – test emerging channels, partnerships, and communities in the crypto and fintech space.
• Analyze marketing funnels – evaluate conversion performance and continuously adjust creatives, targeting, and messaging for better ROI.
• Work on fully licensed campaigns – coordinate and execute marketing efforts in compliance with crypto and financial regulations, ensuring all campaigns meet required licensing standards.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in PPC advertising.
• Proven success in managing profitable performance campaigns.
• Experience with cloaking and traffic segmentation.
• Experience with agency ad accounts on Facebook and Google.
• Experience with multi-account management using tools such as MoreLogin, Multilogin, or AdsPower.
• Experience with tracking and attribution tools such as Keitaro.
• Strong understanding of ROI/ROAS measurement and optimization.
• Comfortable with analytics tools and conversion tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
• Experience managing or supporting fully licensed marketing campaigns in regulated industries (crypto, fintech, or financial services).
• Understanding of compliance and advertising policies across major ad platforms for crypto and finance-related products.
• Ability to adapt fast, work with data-driven decisions, and scale campaigns under compliance restrictions.
