• You actively support and advise customers in selecting products and complete looks.
• As a host, you offer your customers the best shopping experience and encourage them to join the Marc O'Polo MEMBERS program.

• You are responsible for designing the sales floor and shop windows according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• You plan the structured product placement and implement seasonal display concepts.
• You work independently with the POS system, RFID, and our CRM software.

• As a true sales talent with a passion for fashion, you are always aware of the latest trends and know exactly what your customers need.
• You bring basic knowledge of fits and sizing, as well as expertise in visual merchandising.
• You are open, enjoy engaging with people, and have a positive presence.
• You are a real team player, and your colleagues can always rely on you.
• Weekend work (especially Saturdays) fits your lifestyle.
• You love communicating – ideally, you also have good English skills.
• You already have experience in retail or visual merchandising.

Whether it's collection or sales training, specialist knowledge about Marc O'Polo products or sustainability – our retail sales trainers take care of the further development of our employees and teams in the stores. Want to take on more responsibility? Our Develop Yourself programme offers you a range of training and coaching to help you develop into a management or expert role. As a Sales Expert Styling, you advise customers in private shopping appointments, for example; as a Training Agent, you train your colleagues in internal sales.
