We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled Senior Lead Projector Engineer to lead the development of innovative projector systems and mentor engineering teams. If you have experience in optical design, plastic injection technologies, and technical leadership – we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

• Lead projector project teams and ensure robust, reliable optical solutions
• Define development processes and mentor Lead Projector Engineers
• Manage BOMs, risks, and technical documentation
• Cooperate with OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams from concept to launch
• Ensure compliance with DFMEA, CAE, DV plans, and certification standards
• Lead night drives, homologation, PPAP deliverables, and audits
• Support innovation, cost optimization, and new business development
• Ensure IP protection and share project lessons learned

Requirements:

• University degree in Optics or Physics
• 3+ years of experience in projector/headlamp design and plastic injection
• Experience in leading technical projects and customer communication
• Advanced English (German/French is a plus)
• Strong planning, decision-making, and presentation skills
• Leadership, mentoring, and team coordination abilities
• Customer and result orientation, stress management, and self-reliance
