How will your tasks look like?
- Preparation of business plans for our strategic Open Access network
- Business plans and calculation for the preparation of bids for PSO tenders in Central Europe with focus Germany, Poland and France
- Further development of our calculation models
- Development and ongoing care of our benchmarks database
- Identification and development of market opportunities
- Preparation of presentations for the board and internal committees
- Close cooperation with the respective project management
- Further development of interdepartmental cooperation
What do we expect from you?
- University degree in economics (or comparable subject)
- Strong analytic skills
- Experience in finance / accounting / consulting for at least three years
- A high affinity for rail passenger transport and a strong understanding of the operational, technical and commercial context
- Advanced knowledge of MS OFFICE (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent written and spoken English - working language in our international Business Development department; any other European foreign language, especially French, Polish, Ukrainian and / or Spanish, is a plus
- Strong hands-on mentality and ability to work independently as well as in a team with good soft skills
- Willingness for occasional business trips in the Central European region

- A unique opportunity to be involved in passenger rail projects from the initial idea to implementation and in particular our re-entry into the German rail passenger market
