ACGA convoca un proceso de selección para el puesto de profesor/a de español hablante nativo/a con experiencia y formación pedagógica. El puesto consiste en una jornada completa (40 horas semanales). La cualificación docente (aptitud) es requisito imprescindible.

Estamos buscando incorporar al equipo docente a una persona nativa con formación pedagógica – profesor/a de español.

Requisitos: flexibilidad, habilidades comunicativas, pensamiento y actuación autónoma, responsabilidad, meticulosidad, conciencia profesional y disposición para integrarse en el equipo.

Metodología docente: buscamos a un profesor/a que adopte un enfoque interactivo en sus clases, basado en una participación activa de los estudiantes y que fomente su aprendizaje autónomo. El objetivo es garantir el uso del español de los estudiantes desde el inicio, en armonía con la filosofía docente de inmersión compartida por el resto de profesores del departamento. A lo largo de los cuatro años de escolarización, el libro de texto utilizado es Aventura Nueva (1 y 2), con el objetivo de que los estudiantes alcancen un nivel en español equivalente al A2/B1 del MCERL en su cuarto año y, si lo desean, que opten por el español como uno de los exámenes de graduación (Maturita).

El equipo docente de ACGA está formado por profesores que aplican un enfoque basado en la colaboración con el alumnado y que, mediante su actitud activa hacia la enseñanza, transmiten a los estudiantes los conocimientos necesarios para cursar con éxito estudios superiores tanto en la República Checa como en el extranjero. El equipo docente está compuesto por profesorado checo y extranjero.
