Revolt BI roste a s tím i naše projekty. Stavíme datová řešení na míru pro firmy z retailu, e-commerce i dalších oblastí. Každý projekt má vlastní tým složený z datových expertů (inženýři, analytici, DevOps, UX designéři, konzultanti) a projektového manažera. 

Abychom dál zvládali růst, hledáme Tech Leada/Solution Architecta. 

Baví tě navrhovat řešení, nastavovat technický směr a vést tým při jeho realizaci? Umíš propojovat byznysové požadavky klienta s technickým řešením a zároveň vytvářet prostředí, kde tým může růst a odvádět skvělou práci?

Projekty, na kterých budeš pracovat se točí kolem datových skladů, reportingu, optimalizací marketingového spendu, optimalizací skladu nebo manažerských dashboardů.

Co Tě u nás čeká?

  • Budeš zjišťovat potřeby klienta a překládat je do technického řešení
  • Návrh datového řešení (data pipeline, DWH, data visualisation, atd.)
  • Vedení technické realizace projektů, rozhodování o technologiích a přístupu
  • Vedení týmu datových engineerů a vizualistů, jejich rozvoj a mentoring
  • Budeš se podílet na návrhu řešení už ve fázi presales – od úvodní konzultace po odhad pracnosti a prezentaci přístupu
  • Sledování novinek a trendů z oblasti datové architektury a jejich zavádění do praxe
  • Spolupráce s týmem tech leadů

Jak si Tě představujeme?

  • Máš praktickou zkušenost s ETL a Architekturou BI / DWH řešení
  • Máš zkušenosti s modelováním dat, navrhováním datových skladů ideálně v cloud native databázi
  • Dokážeš vést tým/projekt, ale zároveň se nebojíš jít technicky do hloubky
  • Umíš vysvětlit složité věci jednoduše – byznysu i kolegům
  • Nebojíš se být vidět – budeš tváří našeho týmu jak u klientů, tak ve firmě
  • Máš cit pro konzultantskou práci – dokážeš challengovat klienty a proaktivně navrhovat řešení
  • Rád se učíš nové technolgie
