The role

As a Senior Product Manager at ALICE, you'll own end-to-end delivery of high-impact features across our product lines as well as explore opportunities for new products. You'll be at the intersection of AI, construction workflows, and intuitive design, turning deep user insights into solutions that change how the built world gets planned.

You'll harness AI at every stage—from discovery to prototyping, validation, execution, release, and post-launch tracking—to surface insights faster, iterate smarter, and measure outcomes more effectively. This approach will help us move quickly, learn continuously, and deliver products that hit the mark.

Bonus: If you have experience in construction, engineering, or construction tech, you'll be able to draw on that domain knowledge to shape products that speak directly to the challenges of the field.

What you'll do

• Partner with the VP of Product to define and evolve the multi-product roadmap.
  
  
• Conduct in-depth interviews with internal and external users to uncover needs, friction points, and opportunities for simplification of our existing product lines.
  
  
• Scope epics, write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and partner with design to create intuitive, outcome-focused experiences.
  
  
• Use AI tools to create prototypes, accelerate research synthesis, validate ideas, and track results.
  
  
• Collaborate with engineering to align on solution specs, make trade-offs, and ensure delivery matches the intended user outcome.
  
  
• Manage sprints in Jira and maintain clear documentation in Confluence for knowledge transfer and onboarding.
  
  
• Present findings, prototypes, and release updates to stakeholders with clarity and impact.
  
  

What you bring

• 5+ years in product management with proven experience launching and iterating SaaS products.
  
  
• Track record of simplifying complex workflows and making products intuitive for a broad range of users.
  
  
• Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum processes and cross-functional team collaboration.
  
  
• Business Level English Language Skills - Conversational and Written
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills—able to translate complexity into compelling narratives.
  
  
• Comfort leveraging AI across the entire product lifecycle to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
  
  
• Bonus: Experience in construction, engineering, or AEC software; familiarity with scheduling tools or BIM.
