The Role

• 8+ years of experience in IT logistics, device lifecycle management, or global supply chain operations , with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing large, complex device portfolios across multiple regions.
• Deep expertise in logistics operations, vendor management, and process optimization .
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive operations.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills; capable of influencing across global teams and executive levels.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Intune/JAMF integration, asset repositories, and ITSM workflows is a plus.

• ITIL v4 Foundation
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP
• APICS Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD)

Who You Are
