The HR Administrator ensures smooth payroll and HR administration by preparing and processing data from HR systems, time & attendance, and employee inputs. You work closely with the HR team to maintain accurate employee records and provide quality data for payroll closure.
You support compliance by communicating with local authorities (social and health insurance, tax, and labour offices) and assist with reports and HR projects. The role also contributes to process improvements in standardisation and digitalisation together with the HRIS team.
What we expect from you
- Manage daily payroll and administration referring to employee's lifecycle
- Preparation of labour law documentation, statements, reports and keeping updated employment contracts and amendments templates
- Controlling the data quality set in the system affecting payroll is adequate (worked hours, sickness, vacation, other absence, overtime, tax related information, rewards etc.)
- Create PO and B2B contracts work flow
- Administrate benefits (eg. cafeteria, languages lessons, anniversaries)
- Digitaze and scan any HR related paper documents
- Take part of regular audits
What we look for
- A person strong in administration with experience in HR with 1 year of experience
- Basic knowledge of payroll accounting and labor law legislation
- Basic knowledge of People & culture agenda - hiring, onboarding, offboarding, every day employment law, etc.
- Fluent Czech and advanced English are required
- Someone with passion for high level of customer orientation
- Very good knowledge of working with MS Excel and ability to quick orientation in HR systems
