The Procurement Transformation Manager drives procurement organization change that focuses on strategic use of technology, digitalization, data & analytics to enable major and long-term improvements to procurement processes and activities, including stakeholder and supplier relationship management and ensure team productivity improvement by removing process-waste and optimizing with digital solutions to lead functional deliverables improvement by discovering opportunities through usage of data & analytics, mapping key improvement areas, and influencing senior stakeholders

What will you be doing:  

• Demonstrate creative approach for prototyping of new solutions and lead the delivery & accountability of Procurement data & analytics agenda – ensure strong case pipelining & selection, delivery as per Senior stakeholders validation, ensuring hard benefits delivery
• Capture and analyze business requirements and formulate implementation plans, including POC management & scouting
• Focus on process optimization coupled with tool selection & implementation to ensure Procurement Lean Operations
• Work on reduction of procure-to-pay cycle time though selection, evaluation & implementation of e-procurement application after mapping process wastage, enabling low-touch & minimal process review approach
• Work on smart delegation of purchasing authority ensuring permissive interpretation of rules & processes
• Leading E2E process of desired digital solutions deployment – from scouting, designing to implementing and transferring to business-as-usual, focusing on internal customers' needs
• Capturing & analyzing internal / procurement business requirements and formulate solutions while highlighting the gaps between current standards of performing and where we want the operations to be in the short to midterm

What you will bring:  

• Fluent in English. Fluency in another European language is a benefit - such as Russian, Spanish, German or French
• Mindset: individual with a strong can-do outward looking attitude and strong team spirit hands-on culture
• Experience: digital experience / background – affinity with technology as a Project Manager in a Solutions Capacity – this person will lead developers but does not have to be one. Scrum / Agile WOWs experience is beneficial. Passion for Data & analytics. Procurement experience is beneficial though not required
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile & waterfall project delivery methodology experience as benefit
• Strong analytical skills. Data architecture, data mining, data analytics as benefit
• SAP acumen & SAP modules experience, other tools such as ARIBA, Chatbots or Anaplan are beneficial
• Strong communication and influencing skills, proven experience in managing senior stakeholders and cross-function teams – experience working with teams across different functions and geographies is a plus
• Proven experience in defining and implementing technological, managing various stakeholders
• Solid Project management experience in leading big-scale Corporate IT projects in multinational companies.
