Join AXA Partners as a Senior Sales Manager
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for developing new B2B business relationships and expanding market presence? AXA Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our growth strategy, build long-term partnerships, and contribute to our success in the region.
What you'll be doing:- Help develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and action plan to achieve revenue and business targets for new business and cross-selling with existing Partners in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Actively seek new relationships through targeted sales activities and presentations
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities, proactively engaging key targets to meet sales goals
- Organize and participate in sales meetings, tenders, and RFP responses, supporting the preparation of business documentation and contract negotiations
- Work closely with Underwriting to prepare quotations, sign (re)insurance contracts, and ensure compliance with AXA standards
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing business Partners by analyzing performance, sales trends, and claims data to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Partners on marketing, promotional campaigns, and incentive initiatives to support mutual growth
- Negotiate pricing conditions within underwriting guidelines, and provide regular feedback to improve products and services
- Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and business plans for each Partner
What you'll bring:
- Experience in insurance and/or financial services, preferably in sales or business development roles
- Proven track record of high sales performance in insurance, broking, or reinsurance environments
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), native in Czech
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and advanced PC skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- High energy, driven, and target-oriented with a passion for sales
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate AXA's strategy into actionable plans
- Innovative mindset with critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of insurance products, legal and economic considerations, and Tenders/RFP management experience is a plus
