The Sales Operations Specialist streamlines sales processes and operations to enhance efficiency, drive revenue growth, and improve overall sales performance. Coordinates all aspects of sales of our software and professional services, including daily sales activities, processing incoming queries to appropriate channels, generating quotes, assisting internal sales processes and functioning as an integral part of a global sales team.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify any bottlenecks or inefficiencies in platforms or applications utilized by the Global Business Developers, Sales and Technical Sales Support teams.
- Support the implementation of sales operations tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
- Assist with onboarding to new platforms and systems, provide regular coaching and mentoring, and provide them with real-time support and assistance.
- Support the Sales team by generating and updating opportunities, quotes, and sales orders in NetSuite.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and solutions engineering to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by both BISim and competitors.
- Work with the Compliance and Finance teams to ensure all opportunities and sales orders are processed according to company policy.
- Assist on ad hoc projects as needed.
Objectives:
- To support the sales team by managing sales tools and facilitating effective communication between departments, ultimately contributing to the achievement of sales targets and organizational goals.
Skills:
- Ability to continuously multitask and prioritize various projects
- Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal)
- Possesses strong communication skills, both in conveying information clearly and in active listening
- Basic IT skills including the ability to function within various CRM, communication and project management tools
- Experience with managing online sales of computer software
- Experience with using and managing operational customer relationship management software (NetSuite, SalesForce, or similar)
- Capable of working effectively within a team and collaborating across different departments
- Experience in organizing and coordinating events, expos, and conference participation
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
- 1+ Years Sales Operations Experience
