To support our growth, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to take care of our partners and customers in Eastern and Southern Europe. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with customer-facing skills: troubleshooting issues, answering partner questions, testing solutions, and occasionally providing training. From hands-on problem solving to explaining system principles in a clear way – you'll make sure our partners get the very best from Loxone technology. The perfect job for a very strong technically interested person.

Your tasks:

  • Provide first-class technical support for partners and customers in your region
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Loxone products and solutions
  • Test and validate solutions in collaboration with the technical team
  • Support partners with training and guidance on Loxone systems
  • Document issues and contribute to continuous improvement

Your profile:

  • Strong enthuiasm for technical problems and how to solve them
  • Excellent English (daily communication with partners)
  • Genuine interest in technology and smart home/building automation
  • Quick learner with structured thinking and strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to work from our Prague or České Budějovice office (on-site role)
  • Technical background or education (electronics, IT, automation) is a plus
  • Experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage
