As a Digital Solutions Developer, you'll focus on building and improving internal web tools and workflows. At the same time, you'll take ownership of selected operational systems, such as VoIP or user access management, ensuring our growing team has the digital infrastructure it needs to succeed. This is a hybrid role, ideal for developers who are looking for variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact.
Your tasks:
- Develop and enhance internal web applications and tools (e.g., customer portals, partner systems, internal dashboards)
- Adapt and support cloud platforms used by internal teams and partners
- Maintain core operational systems (e.g., 3CX VoIP, user onboarding/offboarding, access management via Active Directory)
- Collaborate with international development teams to align architecture and tools
- Oontinuously improve digital workflows and internal processes through automation and smart interfaces
- Act as the technical link between the Czech team and the global digital platform team
