Digital Workplace Pre-Sales Consultant (Microsoft)

Contract type: full-time | Location: Prague, Czechia | Working model: hybrid

We're looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant focused on the Microsoft Digital Workplace stack, including AI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform. You'll support new business opportunities, guide customers through the value of modern workplace solutions, and partner closely with Account Managers, technical teams, and our Microsoft ecosystem.

You'll lead customer conversations, qualify opportunities, design high-level concepts, and support the full sales cycle from first engagement to contract signing.

What you'll do

• Identify and qualify opportunities across Microsoft 365, modern management, security, and collaboration.
• Lead the sales cycle with Account Managers: discovery, shaping the solution, proposals, and closing.
• Run customer workshops and live whiteboarding sessions to design high-level architecture and next steps.
• Build clear proposals with Solution Architects, including scope, cost models, and value messaging.
• Present confidently to technical and C-level audiences, managing objections and guiding decisions.
• Support marketing activities (webinars, events) and maintain partnerships with Microsoft and ecosystem partners.
• Define governance and light automation use cases using Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Support Microsoft 365 migrations and cross-sell or upsell opportunities where relevant.

What we need to see from you

• Pre-sales or enterprise technology sales background, ideally in Microsoft Modern Work or closely related areas.
• Hands-on understanding of key M365 workloads: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune/Endpoint Management, and core Microsoft security concepts.
• Ability to explain modern workplace concepts: Zero Trust, hybrid work, device management, and adoption/change management.
• Comfortable presenting to IT leaders and C-level stakeholders, supporting negotiations, and shaping business-value messaging.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business challenges into simple, relevant workplace solutions.
• Microsoft certifications like MS-900 (or similar) are a strong plus.
