Your responsibilities at snuggs:

  • Lead FP&A and Controlling teams, managing their output and development.

  • Report directly to the CFO and board with actionable financial insights and recommendations.

  • Oversee annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and design financial models such as cash flow and multi-scenario P&L forecasts.

  • Manage management reporting, including KPI tracking and variance analysis, integrating data from multiple sources.

  • Manage monthly closure, including data collection from all required sources outside accounting.

  • Deliver month-end closure on time, aligned with reporting requirements.

  • Analyze group performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends.

  • Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and automation

  • Coordinate with department heads for data collection, financial alignment, and reporting.

  • Oversee the preparation of cash flow reports, investor presentations, and board documents.

  • Experience 7+ years in Controlling and FP&A.
  • Experience with leading a team of financial controllers and FP&A specialists
  • Experience with e-commerce/DTC business models.
  • Superhuman abilities with tables (Excel, Google spreadsheet).
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
  • Experience with SQL is an advantage.
  • Understanding of core accounting principles.
  • Ability to find an issue and solution.
  • Creativity and motivation to enhance outcomes, using new ways and tools.
  • Result-oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Project management experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in implementing of Budgeting / Planning Software and Power BI is an advance.
