Multi-Wing is looking for a Group Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our Global Business Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and business-partnering with global Sales and Operations teams to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

This role is ideal for an ambitious, analytically strong finance professional with a few years of experience in areas like FP&A, Sales Controlling, or Business Finance — someone who's eager to grow, learn, and go the extra mile to support stakeholders and deliver real value.

About the Role:

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, you'll report directly to the Head of FP&A & BI and collaborate closely with global business leaders. Your mission will be to support financial planning and forecasting, provide data-driven analysis, and drive strategic insights that help shape our future.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Analyzing performance, developing financial models, and generating insightful reporting
  • Collaborating with Sales and Operations to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
  • Preparing presentations and reports for executive leadership, leveraging data visualization tools like Power BI (Power BI experience is a plus, not a must)
  • Driving process improvements in FP&A and supporting systems optimization

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Partnering, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; Power BI experience is a bonus
  • Ambition, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
