Jsme Škoda Group a do našeho rostoucího BI týmu hledáme Team Lead Business Analystu, který bude klíčovou postavou v rozvoji našich BI řešení a partnerem managementu i uživatelům při důležitých rozhodnutích.

CO VÁS U NÁS ČEKÁ?
  • vedení a rozvoj menšího týmu business analytiků
  • aktivní zapojení do projektů digitalizace a optimalizace procesů
  • analýza dat, správa dokumentace a návrhy na zlepšení kvality
  • tvorba strategických reportingových řešení (MS Power BI), nastavování standardů
  • podpora adopce BI řešení, školení a zlepšování uživatelské zkušenosti
  • spolupráce s financemi, IT i dalšími odděleními v rámci mezinárodní skupiny
CO OD VÁS OČEKÁVÁME?
  • VŠ vzdělání v oboru ekonomie, IT, business administrativy, matematiky/statistiky nebo příbuzných oblastech
  • zkušenost s BI nástroji a architekturou (MS Power BI, MS SQL, datové sklady)
  • pokročilou znalost MS Excel
  • schopnost tvořit reporty, validovat data a nastavovat metriky
  • výborné analytické myšlení, komunikační a prezentační dovednosti - umíte prezentovat i složité věci srozumitelně
  • prokazatelné zkušenosti s vedením nebo koordinací menšího týmu - motivační, projektové vedení
  • znalost češtiny/slovenštiny a angličtiny - aktivní komunikace v obou jazycích je opravdu podmínkou
  • min. 2–3 roky praxe na obdobné pozici
