Job Summary:

The Legal Counsel is responsible for providing in-house legal advisory and assistance to all Company legal entities worldwide. The role covers a wide scope of legal areas, including contract management, corporate matters, employment law, compliance and coordination with external counsels. The Legal Counsel acts as a trusted adviser to the business, ensuring legal compliance and supporting the Company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and comment on a wide variety of contracts (client and vendor).
  • Provide legal support across multiple areas such as civil law, corporate matters, employment law, and compliance.
  • Monitor legislative changes, conduct ad hoc legal research, and contribute to internal reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain legal templates, standards, and contribute to the internal knowledge management system.
  • Provide legal expertise in employment law cases.
  • Coordinate work of approved external counsels and oversee case-by-case involvement of other legal advisors (with approval of VP Legal).

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Law.
  • At least 5 years of experience providing comprehensive in-house legal services.
  • Experience in a multinational corporate environment.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Business acumen, customer focus, and ability to work effectively in a team.
