Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesGeneric function:
The role of Master Scheduler within a plant is to fulfil the customer requirements by leveling the activities of the production floor. Employee is informed about the Code of Ethics and Being Faurecia Philosophy and is respecting and following it.
Specific function:
• Analyse, understand and anticipate the customer needs
• Analyse customer MPM (Misdeliveries Per million) in a way to propose improvement action plans
Define and optimize the data gathering and exchange
Ensure data quality in systems
• Follow up the achievements of the customer delivery program
Manage the alerts
Follow up the transportation and the delivery of pieces
• MRP system set-up
EDI orders parameters
Stock levels
Finish products part masters
• Analyse, understand and anticipate the customer needs, ensuring that they are reflected in production activities
• Analyse customer Misdeliveries Per Million (MPM) in order to propose improvement actions plans: define and optimise data gathering and exchange and ensure data integrity in systems
• Follow up the achievement of the customer delivery program by managing alerts and following up with the transportation and the delivery of pieces
• Prepare the Sales and Operations Planning (PIC) on a monthly basis in order to obtain proper volume levels and optimise resources (men, machines materials and supplier readiness and capacity)
• Implement and drive the Master Production Schedule (PDP) to ensure a level production plan and make production line provisions for variations of customers demand
• Manage the pool and safety stocks levels
• Check that the sequencer and procurement are consistent with the PDP
Education
• Secondary School as minimum, optimum is a university degree with a specialisation in Economy, Management or Technical
Professional experience (years and area of experience)
• Minimum 2 years working experience in industrial environment
Professional knowledge
• Czech legislation and legal requirements
Skills (e.g. communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills, management skills, result orientation etc.)
• Excellent communication (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
• Abilitity to "sell" the ideas and convince, presentation skills

Language knowledge level for daily communication on a proffesional level, intermidiate for internal communication, basic communication within the team, technical terminology knowledge, as an advantage but not necessary)

• MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
