Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level?We're looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our international team in Prague. In this role, you'll be a key partner to both local finance teams and our Global Shared Services, driving accuracy, insight, and value in every aspect of financial reporting and analysis. Main responsibilities:Managing the Overall P&L for the Operations locations under your controlEnsure the accuracy of financial reporting for the month end closePerform GP Analysis by client and case type, for Monthly reporting and Ad hoc business requirementsPrepare and update the headcount tracker & Capacity Planning/Staffing Model for all HC/FTEPreparation of Monthly reporting pack as requiredBuild a strong communication structure with key stakeholdersParticipate in the target setting and budgeting/forecasting processes for P&L performanceLead the preparation of the budget database through use of TM1Ad hoc tasks and projects as requested by Finance Manager or Financial Controller Requirements:Previous FP&A or other analytical experienceBachelor of Accounting / Management Accounting, or Qualified / Part Qualified Accountant (preferred)Experience with accounting software; preferably SUN Accounting; Cognos and TM1High level or Excel skillsAnalytical skills to provide detailed and valuable business analysis to managementGood written and oral communicationExcellent spoken and written English We offer:Starting date: upon agreementContract type: unlimitedValuable work in an international environment of a prestigious companyFlexible working hours - according to specific workCompany benefits (5 weeks of holiday, 3 sick days, Home office, Meal vouchers, Pension contribution, Benefit card, Multisport card…)Working in modern offices in the center of Prague (Prague 5, Andel - very good accessibility)Don't miss the opportunity to make a real impact while developing your career in finance.
