ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM

The Procurement Graduate will support the Procurement function with all aspect of Procurement engagements and activities within the region.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Conduct cost analysis and maintain vendor quotations.
• Provide sourcing support and manage requests for quotations across EURO sites:
• Assist SITA internal & external stakeholders with quotation requests.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding quotations.
• Support and redirect invoice-related queries.
• Assist with the supplier onboarding process.
• Purchasing contracts:
• Upload and maintain supplier contracts within the purchasing contracts database.
• Promote and support compliance in line with SITA procurement policies and processes.
• Assist with the rollout and adoption of new procurement digital systems.
• Provide operational support for regional planning activities

Qualifications:

WHO YOU ARE

• Graduate in the field of Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Logistics, IT or Engineering
• Keen interest in the field of Procurement and Supply Chain
• Exposure to procurement processes, systems and tools
• Good understanding and application of Microsoft Office suites, with focus on MS Excel (basic to intermediate level)
• Self-starter with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Critical thinker and problem-solver with good communication skills
