As a Freight Audit Senior Specialist, you'll ensure freight invoices comply with contracts and industry standards across EUR and/or US regions. Your role goes beyond numbers - protecting financial accuracy and fostering strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.

You'll collaborate with teams like procurement and transport planning to resolve complex cases and drive process improvements. We value fresh ideas and a proactive mindset.

We're looking for a detail-driven analyst with sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

What will you be doing:  

• Ensuring operational logistics excellence guidelines.

• Ensure data quality in the system.

• Drive continuous process improvement.

• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Offer visibility on the performance of external suppliers.

• Collaborate with the International Team of the Exporting Zone and the Global Team.

• Support structural improvements as per targets, projects, KPI and SLA tracking.

• Shared responsibility with Team Leader for resolving key operational issues in the team.

• Provide trainings to newcomers and support them during the onboarding period.

• Support to structural improvements (PDCA & Risk Management follow-up) & projects.

• Perform other duties as requested by the Team Leader.

What you'll bring:  

• 1–2 years' working experience, but we are also open to recent graduates. Experience in logistics is a significant asset.

• Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus

• Tech skills: Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills (SAP knowledge, Advanced Power Query/PowerBI skills are a plus)

• Logistics understanding, especially in regard to a sense of urgency and prioritization and general business sense

• Interpersonal skills: Assertiveness, Communication, Team Collaboration approach
