Job Mission:
As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction in Czech Republic& Slovakia. You will generate orders, manage sales channels, and provide comprehensive training to partners and customers, contributing to our mission of advancing automation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Management: Manage and maximize sales within an assigned geographic territory.
- Order Generation: Drive order generation through proactive sales activities.
- Channel Management: Develop and manage sales channels for industrial vacuum products.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct regular customer visits and identify business opportunities.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's presence and drive growth. Develop strategies for market entry, lead generation, and long-term customer relationships.
- Sales Documentation: Maintain sales activity records using CRM.
- Distributor Reviews: Perform regular reviews with distributors and representatives.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for automation product lines.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for partners and customers.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to achieve sales quotas.
- Event Participation: Participate in company events and trade shows.
- Sales Analysis: Analyze and report on regional sales results.
PREFERRED COMPETENCIES
· Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with others and establish strong connections.
· Approachability: Easy to get in contact with and maintain positive interactions.
· Optimism and Resilience: Maintain a positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges.
· Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge and relevant educational background.
· Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (mandatory).
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
· 2-3 years of sales experience
· Knowledge in our industry markets
· Diploma in Sales techniques is a plus
