This position will be based in Liberec - Czech Republic. Travels in Europe will be required for the mission.

Role insight:

Directly reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in enhacing our IT infrastructure and ensuring robust security measures.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and enforce security policies and rules
  • Analyze security reports
  • Manage software security configurations, including AV (Trellix), VPN, email filtering, and MDM Intune
  • Oversee firewall management and setup (Fortinet)
  • Collaborate with colleagues across international branches
  • Manage Security Operations Center (SOC)
  • Plan and design security measures
  • Serve as the point of contact for local IT teams regarding security issues
  • Conduct tests to detect abnormal activities, security threats, and vulnerabilities
  • Oversee penetration testing planning and result evaluation
  • Act as a security consultant for IT projects
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Support IT infrastructure security at the Group level

We seek:

  • Cryptographic and key infrastructure protocols know-how
  • Experiences with network security, Fortinet family
  • Knowledge about Microsoft AD, Azure AD and related security services
  • Good knowledge of networks (at least TCP, UDP, DNS), system and application security
  • Practice as a penetration tester, security consultant or SOC analyst in advance
  • Practice with vulnerability scanning is an advantage
  • Information or cyber security practices is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the ISO2700/TISAX family of standards is an advantage
  • Min 5 years on similar position
  • Risk management know-how in advance
  • Experiences with automotive industry is an advantage
  • Very good English in verbal and written form
  • Analytical skills
  • The ability to separate conceptual work
  • Ability to work in a team and experiences with team lead
  • Flexibility and ability to handle stressful situations
