Co tě u nás čeká?

  • Budeš mít na starosti denní provoz věrnostního programu MOL Move – od nastavení a spouštění nabídek a kampaní po zavádění nových funkcí pro držitele karet.
  • Ve spolupráci s kolegy z marketingu připravíš také kampaně s gamifikačními prvky jako soutěže, sbírání samolepek, výzvy nebo jiné promo akce, které baví a motivují zákazníky.
  • Postaráš se, aby digitální i offline komunikace programu byla jednotná a srozumitelná – od mobilní aplikace po marketingové materiály.
  • Budeš koordinovat obchodní a marketingové kampaně s ostatními týmy.
  • Zapojíš se do rozvoje mobilní aplikace – přizpůsobení obsahu a funkcí tak, aby vyhovovaly našim zákazníkům i byznysovým cílům.
  • Budeš jako hlavní kontaktní osoba pro externí zákaznickou linku, vylepšovat procesy a tvořit školící materiály pro maximální zajištění hladkého chodu zákaznické linky.

Co k tomu potřebuješ?

  • VŠ/SŠ vzdělání – ideálně marketing, obchod nebo podobný obor.
  • Zkušenosti s věrnostními programy a/nebo CRM (retail výhodou).
  • Analytické a digitální dovednosti, zkušenost s EDM marketingem.
  • Znalost MS Office (pokročilý Excel) a ideálně Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ale není podmínkou).
  • Angličtina na úrovni B2 – budeš komunikovat i s kolegy v zahraničí.
  • Řidičský průkaz je plus, ale ne podmínkou.
  • Preciznost, proaktivní přístup, schopnost strukturovaně přemýšlet a komunikovat.
