Your impact at NN
You will join our internal AI engineering team building the AI Contract Wizard, a GenAI solution for intelligent clause extraction using a multi-agent LLM architecture. Our mission includes migrating from external to internal engineering capacity, creating scalable MLFlow-compatible LLM pipelines, integrating Azure Document Intelligence and GPT‑4.1 for document processing, and developing React-based frontends aligned with NN best practices. We are also committed to your development with certification support in AI and cloud, soft-skill trainings, and regular feedback.

The tasks you will perform

• Contribute to the development and optimisation of multi-agent LLM systems.

• Collaborate on backend infrastructure using Azure and other company platforms.

• Support frontend migration to React and TypeScript.

• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Drive knowledge handover from external consultants and help onboard new internal hires.

• Build scalable, MLFlow-compatible LLM pipelines.

• Integrate Azure Document Intelligence and GPT‑4.1 for robust document processing.

• Develop React-based frontends aligned with NN best practices.

The knowledge and experience you bring

• Experience with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Mistral, Gemini).

• Familiarity with LangChain, RAG pipelines, and FastAPI microservices.

• Experience with MLflow and model packaging (Docker) – either extensive hands-on experience or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new technologies.

• ​Versatile experience in data architecture and governance, data engineering, software engineering, and DevOps (CI/CD, infrastructure).

• Strong Python skills and understanding of transformer-based NLP.

• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript is a plus.

• Azure cloud experience preferred.

• Working in an Agile environment within a corporate setting is nothing new to you.

• Communication with various technical and non-technical stakeholders in English comes naturally to you.

How we hire

 After reviewing your application, including your CV in English, you will receive a short phone call from Erika (Talent Acquisition Specialist) to discuss basic details about your previous work experience and the open position. If everything goes well, we will meet twice in total. The first round will preferably either online or face-to-face meeting at our office in Prague with Ondřej (Hiring Manager) and Erika. In the second round, you will meet few of our colleagues from the Netherlands.
