We are seeking a creative and curious Prompt Engineer to join our growing AI team. You will play a crucial role in unlocking the full potential of Large Language Models (LLMs) by crafting effective prompts that guide their responses. Your expertise will be key to driving innovation and extracting valuable insights from these powerful AI tools.  

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and refine complex prompts for LLMs, ensuring they are clear, concise, and tailored to specific tasks and desired outcomes. 
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to understand project goals and information needs. 
  • Experiment with different prompt structures and techniques to optimize LLM performance and accuracy. 
  • Contribute to the creation and curation of a high-quality prompt library, ensuring easy access and reusability of effective prompts. 
  • Stay up to date on the latest advancements in prompt engineering and LLM capabilities. 
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new prompt design strategies and best practices.
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as linguistics, psychology, education, or other humanities disciplines. 
  • Passion for language, curiosity, and eagerness to explore. 
  • Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and principles. 
  • Vast knowledge of LLM models, their strengths and weaknesses in terms of prompting.
  • Experience with working with large language models and prompt engineering techniques in business environment. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to language manipulation. 
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with diverse team members.  
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Familiarity with LLM platforms or tools in relation to business use cases .
  • A passion for language and its role in AI applications. 
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools. 
  • Experience in custom made solutions in agentic solutions 
  • Ability to create system prompts to enable precise customer experience. 
  • Basic understanding of programming and data science as an addition to role of AI Prompt Engineer.
