Your Role as a Trainee RecruiterFind & Screen Candidates: Identify and assess the best talent for exciting job opportunities.
Build Your Own Desk: This is super important You will learn how to manage your own recruitment projects and become an expert in your field.
Prepare & Present Candidates: Craft strong candidate profiles and present them to clients.
Arrange Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews for senior recruiters & consultants.
Client Outreach: Contact potential clients via phone or email to build strong business relationships.
Learn from the Best: Shadow senior recruiters in their daily activities and gain first-hand experience in the industry.
What You Need to SucceedLanguage Skills: Native or fluent in Italian (C1) and strong English (B2) skills.
Education: A degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plusbut not a must
Communication & Persuasion: Strong ability to negotiate, influence, and build relationships with candidates and clients.
Customer-Oriented: You enjoy working with people and helping others achieve their career goals.
Fast-Paced Mindset: You thrive under pressure and can work within tight deadlines.
Proactive & Ambitious: A "Can-do" attitude and a proactive approach will take you far
Tech-Savvy: Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are needed.
Flexibility to Travel: Willingness to travel if needed for business opportunities.
No Previous Experience Required This is a trainee role, so well provide full training and guidance.
You must be eligible to live & work in the Czech Republic.
