Your Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in connecting top talent with leading companies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business Development & Candidate Sourcing Engaging with clients and candidates in Sweden, primarily within industries like life sciences and chemicals. You will spend a significant amount of time on the phone, developing business relationships and filling job vacancies.
  • Building a Market Presence Creating and maintaining a strong network of professionals while managing multiple job openings.
  • Overseeing the Full Recruitment Process Handling everything from identifying candidates to guiding them through the interview and hiring process, ensuring successful placements.

Who We Are Looking For:
  • Native or C1-level Swedish and B2-level English
  • Strong Communicator Confident speaking on the phone, with a natural ability to build relationships.

  • Resilient and Adaptable Able to handle challenges and stay positive under pressure.
