Finance & Administration manager for legal entity KISTLER Eastern Europe.

Under KEE Managing director, and in close collaboration with the Corporate Region West (CRW), the Finance & Administration manager is organizing and supervising administration, finances, accouting and HR administration of the legal entity.

• general administration of the companies, accounting, local controlling, finances flows, guarantee of legal and corporate process compliance
• reporting for both legal and corporate sides
• local human resources processes management (payroll, admin and legal aspects…etc.) in close relation with CRW HR manager
• secure approval backup and double check for payments and bank transfers

Functional Instructions and procedures of Finance & Administration manager are given and lead by group support functions like CRW CFO, CRW HR manager, Group Controlling, whereas operational ones come from KEE Managing director.

• Accounting
• Supervises and organizes as both functional and line manager of KEE accounting operations and staff
• Guarantees compliance of accounting processes with both legal and corporate standard
• Manages cash flow, bank debits and credits according to the established "four eyes" procedure
• Supervises customer overdues and can initiate pursuits
• Controlling & reporting
• Prepares and delivers reporting & controlling for all relevant auditors, external and internal, and company operational management
• Supervises operational expenses plan according to corporate processes and local needs, acts or helps in defining cost control measures
• Legal
• Plans and prepares legal audits in compliance with local regulation
• Establishes communication with external consultants or lawyers
• Human resources
• Manages administration of payroll and provides managers with relevant informations about salaries, bonuses and compensations policies
• Manages information about personals accordingly to group and local legal standard, for employment, termination, development, vacations …etc.
• Manages social welfare, fringe benefits and various social contributions of companies employees
• Gives support to CRW HR manager in Human resources management and performances reviews and all other local admin aspects
• Sales administration staff
• Organises, recruits and acts as line manager of local team of sales administration

• Gives guidance, controls processes according to commercial objectives and corporate standard

• Facilities & IT

• Manages contracts with all tiers suppliers of companies for: facilities, banks, insurances, materials …etc.
• Gives support to group ICT for maintaining, securing and coordinating IT systems.

• Technical Qualification or proven experience in business administration and finances
• Experience in a similar environnement (international group)
• Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO modules)

• English expression verbal and written
