Your Role: The Engine Behind Seamless Events

You'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional events (both on and off-site) while optimizing operational workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategy & Process Innovation: Assist in developing operational strategies and refining processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development, Finance, and external suppliers (design, print, logistics, accommodation) to ensure flawless execution.
  • Participant Experience: Serve as a key point of contact for event attendees, ensuring their journey is seamless.
  • Documentation & Compliance:Maintain and update critical operational workflows and supplier contracts.
