About the role

Your role will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. If you're ready to take full ownership of your work, disrupt the marketplace, and shape movement patterns in the urban landscape - here's your chance You will be leading the local operations team and working closely with other cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission to make cities more sustainable, accessible and affordable.
 

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Analysing data to optimise Bolt's marketplace health for drivers and riders.
  • Developing complex analytical models and reporting systems for Slovakia.
  • Developing and nurturing critical relationships that will grow our business (stakeholders include: unions; regulators; government officials; local communities, etc.).
  • Identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.
  • Overseeing the optimisation of local operational processes and procedures.
  • Driving business growth and revenue through achieving operational milestones and key metrics.
  • Taking ownership of Bolt's growth in Slovakia by ensuring both local operations and HQ teams support and collaborate actively with each other to meet business objectives.
  • Advocating and elevating Bolt's brand, product, and service whilst navigating through regulatory matters and local policies within the transportation and tech industry.
  • Overseeing the design and execution of operational strategies/goals to strengthen our value proposition.

About you:

  • You have 1+ years of experience in an operations management role.
  • You have 5+ experience working in Operations, Consulting, Analytics, or in a related field.
  • You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent English and the Czech or Slovak language (both verbal and written).
  • You are a hustler, not stopping after several obstacles a day.
  • You are passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing.
  • You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills.
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Economics, Finance, or other analytical subject.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.
  • You are comfortable with developing analytical and decision frameworks to support your strategies and decisions.
