Co bude Vaší náplní práce?

  • Zajištění každodenního chodu prodejny a efektivní delegování činností

  • Vedení a motivace týmu – být oporou, inspirací i příkladem

  • Aktivní účast na prodeji a budování vztahů se zákaznicemi.

  • Plánování směn, organizace provozu a dohled nad výsledk

  • Péče o vizuální stránku prodejny a celkovou atmosféru
